On her very first outing as the Star of major motion picture, she turned in what is considered a block buster performance.

In The Players Club she delivered a superbly convincing role as young women, who left her father house; after getting pregnant, and took a job as a pole dancer to make ends meet. She also attended college in and effort to better herself, though she slept through a lot of classes.
