HOW TO BRING THE JOBS BACK TO AMERICA

STOP CORPORATE CURALTY

The notion that one man can control the lives of 360.000,000, people is absurd to the point of insanity.

Like wise blaming one man for the lack of jobs in America is also insane. Especially when there are (44) Congressional members of the Senate and (218) in the House of Representatives, hell bent on destroying that man and the people who voted him into office.

We have seen that there is absolutely no hope of the jobs situation being solved through congressional legislation.

So why are we whining and waiting for the end of life as we know it, in America, when there is something we can do to stop the run-away-corporate community from enslaving us all?

Yes there is something we can do. No we don’t have to take a trip to DC., and stand in the National Mall, it’s easier than that.

First a little history; after the second world war American industrial might turned from the production of war machines to the peace time needs of soldiers returning home and starting families.

All facets of the free market flourished, from cars to baby food, to breakfast cereal. And behind all this phenomenal growth was the American worker.

Not only was the American economy enriched so were the economies of Germany and Japan. America ingenuity and hard work rebuilt both of our former enemy’s culture and helped their nations to grow.

At the helm of this global uplifting were the American corporations and their CEO’s, but some where along the line, the imperfection of man, and greed took over.

No longer satisfied to receive decent Executive salaries the corporate officers of America’s large and prosperous businesses decided they needed more and more of the profits being produced by their companies 9-5 employees.

They fought minimum wage initiatives and unions. They made working conditions hard on the rank and file while they bought boats, second and third homes, and amassed fortunes that could not be spent in one life time.

Then someone came up with the bright Idea to permanently take away the power of the American Middle Class.

If individual families of the once mighty American Middle Class, had to worry about loosing their homes, putting food on the table and gas in their cars, they wouldn’t have time to organize, and threaten the agenda of greed, being pursued by this nations corporate leaders.

So first, initiate the help of the overly ambitious, Judas Goats, in both houses of congress. Get them to pass bills that would weaken the Middle Classes’ ability to stop the greedy CEO’s agenda.

Then incorporate dirty tricks to insure that the politicians working for them would be re-elected to office to keep the momentum going.

Add to that, a program that shipped good paying middle class jobs to third world countries, and there was the perfect recipe for corporate world dominance.

As one branch of the congress fights to promote a jobs agenda, the other pretends to do the same; at the same time blocking any legislation the would actually see more jobs created in America.

So what can we do as average citizens to stop this run-away-train? Believe it or not the answer is very simple.

Let’s take the biggest offender in the corporate community [GE] the General Electric corporate brand owns TV stations movie companies as-well-as thousands of brand named housel hold items we purchase every day.

And here is where GE and other large corporate conglomerates are vulnerable. Ever wonder why; one person can write a letter to a large corporation in protest of a TV programs inappropriate presentation and the next day, that situation no longer exist?

Or why Charlie Sheen lost his job?

The answer is Stock Market ratings. It’s a little complex but I’ll try to explain with out boring you.

Every year corporations publish a Prospectus, in the Prospectus; they project how much their earnings for each Fiscal quarter will be. Thing to know is, a corporation’s credit ratings is based on how accurately they meet the projections as stated in their Prospectus, for each quarter.

So let’s say GE, falls short of its [First Quarter] profit projections as stated in their Prospectus, not bad it they can turn it around, and meet the projected earnings statement for the Second Quarter.

But what if they fall short for the second quarter? Well eventually the amount of interest GE is charged to borrow money to meet its short term cash flow needs is raised, this not only throws their whole Prospectus out of line it, sends up a red flag to potential investors in GE, stock, that GE is not a safe bet if you’re looking to buy dependable stock.

Not only that but, too many shorts and then GE, becomes ripe for a Hostile Take over.

Bottom line, just the hint of an Organized Boycott, one that is all inclusive of the lines of revenue that GE, receives and you threaten GE’s status as a Global Corporate Leader.

So the answer to binging back jobs to America is to put pressure on those international corporations that grew up in America and force them to respect their makers.

A week of boycotting GE or any other large corporation would have a definite negative affect on their corporate earnings, the interest rates they borrow money at, and their standing on the Stock Market.

But remember the key word [here] is organized. So stop looking to President, Obama or any other politician to solve the jobs problem, they don’t have the power to do any thing but listen to us [Bitch.]

HOW?

Start With

Flash Mob, Boycotts on Mondays for targeted retail outlets of the main corporate offenders and then for the rest of the week have a national boycott of all their products and services, starting with GE.

Where are the Flash Mob organizers? Let's take bring back the jobs, the middle class created or run the corporate CEO's to the third world countries they favor over American workers.

We don't have to take this.

Great Hub Jeromeo. The banks are refusing to lend and corporations are refusing to invest. All the while their GOP stooges do their bidding in the legislatures. Your cure to boycott their products is a great idea. I think these guys are waiting till after the 2012 election so they can defeat President Obama. I don't put anything past them.

Excellent hub. If this government was not totally owned by corporate America, the first and foremost thing they would do would be to dissolve ALL monopolies, then put a cap on profits, and tax the bastards like everyone else.

I like it. If people would put down their i-phones long enough it just might work. That's the plan; keep the masses distracted with toys.
